Terms of use

Last updated 26 October 2026

The short version

  • Kroky helps you keep a record of your treatment. It is not medical advice and not a medical device.
  • Your doses, gaps and any changes are decided by you and your prescriber, never by Kroky.
  • Your data stays yours. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.
  • You can stop using Kroky and delete your account at any time.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Yuliia Polishchuk, a sole trader in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"), about using the Kroky app and this website. By using Kroky, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Not medical advice

Kroky is a personal tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not recommend doses, gaps between doses, or when to start or stop a medicine.

Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist or other prescriber and the leaflet that comes with your medicine. Check what Kroky shows you (such as the next dose date or what's left in your pen) against your plan and your pen, because it is only as accurate as what you enter.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 or 103 in Ukraine, 999 or 112 in the UK). Don't rely on Kroky or its reminders for urgent or time-critical care.

Who can use Kroky

You need to be 18 or older. If you create an account, keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at krokyapp@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.

Your data

What you enter in Kroky belongs to you. If you create an account, you allow us to store it and send it back to your devices, only so we can provide the backup and sync. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, where it's stored and how to delete it.

Using Kroky fairly

Please don't misuse Kroky. That includes trying to reach other people's data, interfering with or overloading our servers, reverse-engineering the service to harm it, creating accounts with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful.

Price and changes to Kroky

Kroky is free to use at launch. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll say clearly what costs money before you're asked to pay, and the app stores' own terms will apply to any purchase.

Availability and warranty

We work hard to keep Kroky accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that reminders will always arrive (your phone's settings, battery saving or operating system can stop them). Keep your own record of anything important to your treatment.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions about your treatment made using information in Kroky. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country you live in.

Ending things

You can stop using Kroky at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Trademarks

Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy and other medicine names are trademarks of their owners. Kroky is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk or any other drug maker.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use Kroky after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live outside England and Wales, for example in Ukraine, you keep any protection your local consumer law gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Questions? Email krokyapp@gmail.com.
